Kevin is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University’s Culinary Program and completed his education at Seton Hall University. Kevin began his career at The Hilton Hotel in Short Hills, NJ, where he worked under the direction of Chef Richard Kennedy. While there, Kevin led the re-opening of the dining room which received some of the highest culinary accolades in the state. Kevin then went on to be the Executive Chef and Owner of The Cargo Café in Staten Island, NY. Since joining Villa Restaurant Group in 2011, Kevin has helped focus the creative menu development for 40NORTH and each of its unique brands. “Flavor should be clean and simple,” Kevin explains. “I enjoy taking familiar flavors and dishes and presenting them in a new and exciting way that surprises my guests. Comfort can be cutting edge if you are innovative in your technique.”

Steven has been with the 40NORTH Restaurant Group since 2011 and was instrumental in leading the team in the opening of the first Office Tavern Grill. Steven’s restaurant career began in the 1980's when he joined the original Office Beer Bar & Grill as a bus boy. Steven quickly rose through the ranks and soon began to successfully own and operate his own restaurant concepts throughout the Morris County area, but ultimately Steven found his way back to the team at The Office Tavern Grill. Steven’s vast years of knowledge in the restaurant industry as an owner and operator allow him to direct the crafted experience served at The Office Tavern Grill. He, and the entire team in Morristown, look forward to creating memories for every Guest for years to come!
